I also thought the Guardian investigation into freebirthing was incredible journalism when I read it this weekend - I used to work in the NHS in maternity services and seeing the latest update about NHS trusts pointing women towards this movement is very concerning! This week has been mostly about recovery, experiencing the best of the NHS and a walk in the freezing cold with a labrador who insists on paddling in sub zero temperatures in the River Sheaf
